Chairman & CEO - InfogroupMr. Michael L. Iaccarino is Chairman and CEO of Infogroup, a leading provider of targeted high-value sales and marketing data, customer and market intelligence and innovative digital engagement solutions. Mr. Iaccarino has served as a Director of Infogroup and a member of its Audit Committee since 2010. In 2011, he assumed the role of Chairman after becoming an Executive Advisor and Operating Executive at CCMP Capital.
Mr. Iaccarino served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Mobile Messenger from 2009 to 2011, establishing the company as one of the dominant mobile technology players in North America. Prior to joining Mobile Messenger, he was Chief Executive Officer of Epsilon from 2001 to 2009, transforming Epsilon into one of the United States’ leading database marketing companies. Epsilon achieved a more than threefold growth in revenue and a sixfold increase in EBITDA under his leadership.
Mr. Iaccarino also served as Epsilon’s Chief Financial Officer from 1998 to 2001, playing a crucial role in the spin-out of Epsilon from American Express and where he led a nearly 400% increase in revenues during his tenure. Before Epsilon, Mr. Iaccarino was a Senior Manager at PriceWaterhouseCoopers and the Corporate Controller at Summit Technology after having started his career at KPMG’s High Technology practice. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions activity and in turnaround situations. Mr. Iaccarino holds a B.S. in Accounting and English from Boston College where he graduated magna cum laude and is a former Certified Public Accountant.

PresidentDon is the President of Infogroup Targeting Solutions. In this role he leads the division which provides integrated marketing, data, and technology solutions to enterprise marketers that drive and deliver results. He is responsible for product management, marketing, go-to-market strategy, account management, service delivery, technology and business P&L.
Don has over 15 years of experience in marketing services organizations and a passion for aggressively growing businesses that help clients acquire, maximize and retain their customers. Most recently, Don was Senior Vice President at Alterian Inc., Bristol, UK leading their global Managed Services and Social Media Teams.Previously, Don held positions of Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer at Merkle, Inc. and Vice President at JP Morgan Capital.
Don has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Saint Lawrence University and Masters of Business Administration in Finance and International Business from the University of Chicago.

Chief Technology Officer, Enterprise Technology - InfogroupAs the Chief Technology Officer for Enterprise Solutions, Purandar Das is responsible for the development and implementation of Infogroup’s marketing technology, solution innovation strategy and its roadmap for technology architecture. In this capacity he collaborates with Infogroup’s product teams to design and develop technologies that enhance the company’s high-value data and data as a service offerings.
Purandar brings with him a deep expertise in crafting innovative technology solutions aligned with the business goals of enterprise level clients. He has extensive experience creating solutions for Big Data— making them actionable in multichannel marketing environments. He brings this talent to Infogroup, driving the innovative technological development and infrastructure of the company.
Prior to Infogroup, Purandar was Chief Technology Officer at MobileMessenger, where he was responsible for architecting technology solutions to align with the company’s business goals. Previous to MobileMessenger, he was Chief Technology Officer of Epsilon Digital Solutions after his work as the Senior Vice President of Strategic Database Services at Epsilon.
Purandar has a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bangalore University in India. -
Chief Data Officer - InfogroupMatt Graves is Infogroup’s Chief Data Officer. He oversees all data assets of the company including data operations, data platform, and the expanding capabilities around the Infogroup Data Axle™, which connects information hubs across proprietary and third party data sources.
Matt has been with Infogroup for over 5 years in senior roles within Infogroup Data, Corporate Strategy, Sales and Sales Operations. He was instrumental in streamlining and establishing the quality and accuracy of Infogroup’s data verification process.
Before joining Infogroup, he worked at PayPal in various leadership positions where he was responsible for ensuring prioritization and delivery of ROI for all global operations projects. He led the global expansion organization focused on setting up operations centers in emerging markets. He also managed international product support teams with operations in Shanghai, Philippines, Dublin, and Vancouver.
Prior to PayPal, he worked as a management consultant and program manager for Ebay Inc., Comcast and Fujitsu to implement global projects and operation centers worldwide.
Matt holds a bachelors degree in Advertising from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and an MBA from Regis University.

Chief Technology Officer, Data Axle™Devang Kothari is the Chief Technology Officer for the Data Axle™. He oversees all technical aspects of the Data Axle™ platform from the development of its features to server operations and performance.
The Data AxleTM connects information hubs in a real-time architecture where each hub, regardless of proprietary or third party data source, can be leveraged into applications. By utilizing the Data AxleTM, clients of Infogroup can manage their assets more effectively, tying together the right variety of data elements at the right time.
Prior to joining Infogroup, Devang was one of the original founders of GoTime Corporation where he served as the Chief Technology Officer. In this capacity, he was the lead architect and developer of the GoTime Content Platform where he built a number of systems including: a distributed crawling system, versioning system, CMS, call center, data pipeline and data processing. In addition to this, he drove cloud migration, Chef migration, and storage and server management for all GoTime websites. Since Infogroup’s acquisition of GoTime in 2012, he has played a major role in driving the integration of this leading edge technology into the Data Axle™ and across the business.
Prior to co-founding GoTime, he worked as an associate and consultant for J.P. Morgan in Identity and Access Management and for Ernst & Young for their Security and Technology Solutions.

Chief Operating OfficerDavid spent 15 years at Epsilon, a leading marketing services provider, as President of Agency Services. While at Epsilon, David was responsible for managing their agency, strategic consulting, and analytic businesses. During his tenure at Epsilon, he was part of the leadership team that successfully grew the company from $20mm to over $500mm in annual revenue.
His role at Infogroup Targeting Solutions is to work with our account services teams to build successful and lasting client relationships by leveraging our data products, technology, strategy, and insight resources with the ultimate goal of driving improved marketing ROI for our clients.
Prior to Epsilon, David worked for seven years for Westvaco in the operations management group. He received his BBA from the University of Georgia in 1981, and his MBA from Mercer University in 1992.

Senior Vice President and CFOJoseph Fuller is the Chief Financial Officer for Infogroup Targeting Solutions and Yesmail Interactive, responsible for financial activities including budgeting, forecasting, preparation of financial statements, analysis of revenues and costs in addition to both client and vendor contract negotiations. Joe previously served as the Chief Operating Officer of Alterian plc, a leading provider of campaign management and analytics software, since September of 2008. Joe was responsible for professional services, managed services and technical support as well as business operations. Prior to that, Joe served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Business Operations and General Manager at Alterian Inc. Prior to joining Alterian, Joe served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance and Administration for Open Port Technology, Inc., an IP messaging software technology company. Joe was responsible for raising more than $58 million in funding and actively growing from a small fax software company to a leading provider of IP messaging solutions. Before his tenure at Open Port, Joe served as Vice President of Operations for Crown Mortgage Company, the largest independent mortgage banker in the State of Illinois. Joe has also held management positions at CCC Information Services and Information Kinetics, Inc. He serves as a Director of the Illinois Technology Association.

Executive Vice President, SalesTom is responsible for sales and growth strategies for Infogroup Targeting Solutions’ Sales and Digital Solutions, for the enterprise clients. To this role, Tom brings more than 30 years experience in enterprise sales, corporate strategy, sales operations, European and global sales, and leading sales teams for data, database, anddigital acquisitions. Prior to his current role, Tom served Infogroup as President of InfoUSA Stores, EVP of Salesgenie, and President of Salesgenie.
Previous to joining Infogroup, Tom held numerous leadership roles with ADP, the leading provider of on-demand payroll processing services. During his 25-year tenure with ADP, Tom distinguished himself as a leader with increasing responsibility for numerous ADP regions and divisions. For example, he served as VP of Sales Operations, VP of Alliances and Acquisitions, and SVP of Sales for ADP Europe.
Tom is a graduate of Northern Illinois University, with a degree in Finance and Marketing.

Sr. Vice President, Enterprise SalesKelly supports our large enterprise clients with a wealth of industry experience across both B2C and B2B solutions. She is the former SVP of Merkle, where she spent eight years deploying a vertical strategy that drove sales for the company from $50 million to $250 million. She was also instrumental in the implementation of their client management strategy to deliver multi-faceted solutions to clients. After Merkle, Kelly joined data.com’s salesforce to launch their field sales organization, focusing on B2B companies with over 5,000 employees.

Senior Vice President, SalesAndrea Haldeman is responsible for driving sales that leverage customer and 3rd party data to enhance our clients’ business performance across BtoB and BtoC. She brings a wealth of knowledge and 25+ years of experience.
Prior to joining Infogroup Targeting Solutions, Andrea spent 17 years at Acxiom, with her most recent position as VP of Sales & Account Management in Global Partner Development.
During her tenure at Acxiom as well as Gateway Europe and National Demographics & Lifestyles before that, Andrea has crafted data-based multichannel solutions in industries including Retail, Travel & Hospitality, Media & Publishing, Automotive, Technology, Nonprofit, Utilities, Agencies, Brokers & Resellers, and other Channel Partners. Andrea has a BA from Oberlin College.

President - Infogroup Nonprofit SolutionsMs. Gretchen Littlefield is responsible for the overall management, strategic planning and growth of Infogroup Nonprofit Solutions. The division includes the Nonprofit, Political, and Federal Government verticals. She joined the company in March of 2006 as Executive Vice President of Triplex, a data processing division focused exclusively on the Nonprofit Vertical. Under her direction, the business unit transformed from operating at a net loss to a $1.1 million profit in one year. In 2008, she was promoted to President of Triplex.
In January 2010, May Development, the Nonprofit brokerage arm of Direct Media, merged with Triplex to form Infogroup Nonprofit and Ms. Littlefield was promoted to President of the newly formed division. In January 2011 the Political and Federal Government verticals were integrated into Infogroup Nonprofit Solutions.
Prior to joining Infogroup, Ms. Littlefield launched the fundraising program for America Coming Together which raised over $80 million in two years, becoming the largest political action committee in the country. She also worked with one of the nation’s leading direct response marketing agencies where she managed programs for the Democratic National Committee, Oxfam, International Rescue Committee, Earthjustice, ASPCA and WNET. Additionally, Ms. Littlefield worked as a campaign manager, oppositional research strategist and field organizer for numerous Congressional and Presidential campaigns.
Her professional achievements and credentials are impeccable. In 2009 she was named DMEF Rising Star by the Direct Marketing Association. In 2010 she served as co-chair of the DMA Nonprofit Federation Annual Conference. In 2011 she was named to the DMANF Advisory Council for the 2011-2013 term. Ms. Littlefield serves as a trustee for the DMEF. She serves on various committees and boards.

Sr. Vice President, Business DevelopmentBen is Sr. Vice President of Business Development for Infogroup Targeting Solutions. He was previously President and Owner of Millard Group, Inc. from 1992 to August of 2008, having joined the company in 1984. Prior to becoming President, he was Senior Vice President of the List Management Division.
Before joining Millard Group, Ben spent seven years with Garden Way, Inc., initially with their in-house advertising agency and later as Vice President and General Manager of one of five Garden Way divisions.
Ben received the Direct Marketing Association List & Database Council’s 2001 DMA List Leader Award for outstanding achievement in the list industry and was honored by Target Marketing in 1991 as one of the 200 Most Influential Direct Marketers.
Ben has served on the DMA Board of Directors and is past Treasurer and past member of the Executive Committee. He was also a member of the DMA Catalog Council Operating Committee and the Executive Committee of the Direct Marketing Educational Foundation. He is a past Board member and Treasurer of the New England Mail Order Association.

Sr. Vice President, B2B List ServicesJeff Adee is the SVP of the B2B List Services Group. Adee, brings 20 years of experience in the direct marketing industry. He joined Infogroup Targeting Solutions in 2012 and oversees and leads B2B list management, list brokerage, business and product development. Jeff’s deep knowledge and expertise of the market place allow him to truly connect with his team and clients to deliver optimal integrated marketing solutions.
Prior to joining Infogroup Targeting Solutions, Jeff served as SVP of Sales at MARDEV-DM2 and as Sales Director at Reed Business Information. He holds a bachelors degree from Northern Illinois University. In his free time Jeff plays in a rock band with his wife and spends time with his two children and his dog Gibson.

Vice President, MarketingMalti Shukla is Vice President of Field Marketing and leads a team responsible for lead generation, events, content marketing, public relations, web marketing, product marketing and RFP responses. Prior to Infogroup Targeting Solutions Malti spent 6 years at Alterian, a leading marketing software provider, running their Field Marketing business for both North and South America. Prior to Alterian, Malti was at Discover Financial Services assisting with card member acquisition strategy in addition to managing Discover’s online card member shopping portal and merchant relationships. Previous to Discover Financial Services, Malti worked for Lucent Technologies, both in the UK & Singapore, to build their direct marketing lead generation programs for their billing software solution division.
